BJSHS Winter activity policies reminder
Lion fans!
As we begin our home winter activities this week, the district would like to remind all families about the adopted policies that follow KSHSAA guidelines and safety protocols.
· No spectators will be allowed at venues from Dec. 1, 2020-Jan. 28, 2021 at which time further clarification from KSHSAA may be announced. Only participants will be allowed.
· Participants include: players, coaches, officials, cheer squads & sponsor(s), dance teams & sponsor(s), pep bands and director(s), Event staff (clock, book, PA, other table workers), medical personnel on duty, administrators, team managers (stats, video), working media on professional assignment, student media, college recruiters who have credentials and have called in advance, and bus drivers.
Face coverings for Indoor events are mandatory for all individuals in attendance and will be worn at all times.
Information was recently sent out on how to watch home live-streamed events. In the event the competition is away, administration will communicate live-streaming links to families prior to the event.
